The University Ombuds works to solve problems, to allay frustration, and to advise those requesting help
The University is committed to providing the best possible environment for all of its à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã. We want to assure that all à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã of the University are served well in all situations. In this regard, the University established the role of Ombuds in 1990. The Ombuds functions independently and serves as a neutral problem-solver, has access to all University offices, records and personnel. The Ombuds provides information on processes, refers to appropriate offices, helps to develop options and facilitates mediation.
